chekmate1984 Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 (edited) Hi guys a ex capita school and noticed windows search is disabled... any reason why this could be? if i was to enable would this cause much issues to network? reason i ask is few staff wants outlook to have search function and it says windows search is disabled etc... any advice recommended thanks Edited December 11, 2015 by chekmate1984
Steve21 Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 A lot of slower computers can get bogged down with the indexing it requires so some disable it for that If you consider it'll try to index every email in Outlook etc too Steve
