Office 365 PST Import

Greetings all,

 

We have a rather annoying e-mail system that has presented many hurdles in my attempts to get our mailboxes into 365! The first was that it refuses to allow Migration. Then we figured out an automated method to extract mailboxes via PST ready for Import however once again I'm faced with another glorious feature that our current mail server has! Any subfolder of 'Inbox' will not IMAP into Outlook!!! However there seem to be no issues with Thunderbird. So pretty much I believe the only way I am going to be able to extract our mailboxes is via this method. The problem then is that they are not in PST format. So to my question:

 

Does anybody know a method to extract from Thunderbird and convert to PST without having to purchase any software? Or another mailclient that I can IMAP to and then export the mailbox into PST format?

Netmanager. We use RoundCube as an IMAP client for all users (this doesn't have an export feature).
