Do you also install optional updates along with important updates

Just wondered who does both optional + important server updates or reasons for not doing them.

For both clients and servers optional updates are only installed at image build time or initial installation. We also install some hotfixes at those time if we've come accross a need for them

We only install important updates once it is up and running mainly as there is less chance f breaking something if the smallest number of updates possible are being installed.
