yeap I've come to the conclusion of "sod uefi" I don't really see a big advantage in it anyway - especially with ssd's taking the old lag of legacy bios machines away

Yeah I've disabled it on all our new laptops. Might have to re-enable it when we move to Windows 10, but if there isn't a need I won't bother
