Email Signatures?

I have recently started a new job as IT support at a college and the IT manager has just left leaving me in charge for the next few weeks before his replacement starts. I believe we migrated from exchange 2007 in the summer to office 365.

The principle has noticed two spelling mistakes in the email signatures and asked me to rectify.

I have gone into 365 admin exchange and looked at mailflow > rules and there's no signature there. I then have gone into exchange management console organization config > hub transport > transport rules in case the signature was created before the migration and we where getting it from there... we're not.

Where else would the global email signature come from?

Our signatures are run by some software called Symprex, it takes the details from their Active Directory account and then fills it on the specified template made - then there's just a login script that runs the software and - if there's any changes - updates it. Maybe you have something similar? Sorry if not but worth a punt I guess!

If you look in Outlook, under signatures, does it show there? Could it have been setup for each individual user that way?
