[sims] No Students in Analysis Grid

I have a number of results set analysis grids that I am trying to rollover to the new academic year. I have already rolled them out to staff but they are stuck on last year's data and I don't want to have to delete the grids and re-assign them again one-by-one on each staff member's home page on their own account.

 

I've updated the effective date when picking a year group to 1st Sep 2015 to end of term but no luck (yes I pressed Refresh!). If I tick "Custom Selection of Students" the list is empty. For some reason the grid refuses to see any students at all. Any ideas please?

I've just checked with some of mine and they work fine.

 

So, have the aspects been used within the date ranges specified?

Yes, I've had grades entered between 1st Sep and today. The only other oddity is the grade set changed mid September. But I'm puzzled how that would affect the list of available students causing it to become blank.

check the date range when you pick the students.

Sometimes it gets stuck with old dates. Certainly used to last time I looked at the the CCS Early Years ones

Turns out the end of the date range was 31st August 2016 and my academic year ends on 30th August 2016.

 

Make sure analysis grid pupil filters have a date range that falls within the same academic year!
