An in law of mine works at a Cash & Carry where they were once selling bottles off at £15 a go. I had to be told quite sternly by wifey that I couldn't have 10.

My wife was unimpressed that I smashed in a litre of Jack Daniels at a Barbecue afternoon at her friends house, lucky our home was within walking distance then of her friends house and I didn't have a car needing to drive anywhere at that time for a day or two after.

 

I was decent enough at the end of the night, I did manage to finish a few of her friends off though, including the host.

 

I wasn't allowed to touch spirits for about 6 months after that, I was banned

 

These days I'm partial to Ale it seems, Guiness Golden Ale being my favourite at the moment.
