How are you dealing with e-mails that contain swear words?

 

I am looking at how we can reject the sending of any e-mail if it contains a word that is in the bad words list.

Using the Mail Flow filters. I also use these to filter out some phishing attacks, dodgy attachments etc. Can be very powerful if you plan them first.

From Exchange Admin Centre - Mail flow - rules - + Create a new rule - work through the different options. You will need different rules for different types, such as one for profanity, one for attachment types, etc.
