Home access Plus Slow loading

Good morning

 

Home access plus is running very slowly,Logging on,accessing files etc,i have installed on server 2012 and has always been quite sluggish but bearable

 

is there any tweaks to speed up loading

 

When loading mapped drives it takes around 30 seconds to load drives,i have no quota server set and all drives sre set a drivespace ,i have tried both none and quota server with no luck

 

i have sql server set up for helpdesk and email are sent to inbox (office 365)

 

Also with webtracker it only archives the day you are on and not past ??

 

any ideas ?????
