To be successful in this role you will need experience of:

 

Network Layer 2, Layer 3, TCP-IP, Vlans, WANs, routing and routing protocols

Troubleshooting LAN and WAN

Configuring network devices including switch, router, firewall.

Domain Name System (dns) principles and practice

Supporting end users in an IT environment - preferably schools/education

Training will be given

 

Must have own car as you will be visiting customer sites
