[improvement] Suggestion: Add a 'Reported' icon or tag to a post that has been reported

Just a thought: Could an icon [or another identifier] be added to a post when it has been reported?

 

I have just sent a report about a spammy post in the Windows forum. I wasn't sure if it had already been reported but if the icon was there I would know that it had been reported and would be dealt with shortly.

My first thought was that it is good idea.

 

However, on days when the mods are very busy in the world outside edugeek repeated reports alert us that perhaps nobody else is about and actually someone is going to have to drop things to deal with it. Repeated report alerts usually get someone to look in to clean up on those days. In fact this happened just now!

 

I'd rather have lots of reports than only one.

Yeah. I thought about that too. Then I thought of something like the Rep 'pips' to give an idea how many times it had been reported, but that might be a bit complicated to implement.
