WSUS SSL

Hi, I have configured WSUS to use SSL on port 8531 with a certificate from an internal certificate server.

 

I have updated the site bindings, configured the following to SSL:

 

• SimpleAuthWebService

• DSSAuthWebService

• ServerSyncWebService

• ApiRemoting30

• ClientWebService

 

And updated with the "WSUSUtil.exe configuressl" command.

 

All seems to be working, the WSUS mmc console will not connect on port 8530 and only 8531 (the https port).

 

However I am still getting the warning in the to do list about WSUS not using SSL.

 

Has anyone come across this before? or have any ideas ?
