OWA issue on iPads, particularly behind SWGfL

Couple of staff have approached me this morning with reports that OWA is opening, messages at visible but won't open plus they can't craft and send messages.

 

One member of staff working from home yesterday also reported this issue on her W7 laptop at home.

What time was it? As their proxies were down during their maintenance and till about 8~ this morning. Just wonder if it was linked to that rather than anything else

Don't think the SWGfL Safetynet maintenance would have affected it at home, but certainly did this morning from the number of staff we had flapping before 8.

Depends if it's 365 OWA or Exchange OWA But aye silly RM breaking stuff again this morning
