Problem with no access to local groups on XP laptop from remote management.

I have recently re-imaged via RIS 5 laptops. Problem i have is when i connect to them through AD ( Right Click laptop and choose manage) The local User and Groups part has a red cross through and says access denied.

 

 

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

are they connected to the domain properly? as in are logon requests working?

Also can you see the event log?

I can see the event log and yes the do log on to the domain as well.
