Jambo_C Posted October 21, 2015 Posted October 21, 2015 I hope this is in the right forum, I wasn't really sure where to put it. Our head wanted some digital signage setting up very cheaply, basically just wanting a TV connected to a laptop so I have done it using a ChromeCast, the laptop sits happily in the nice convenient cupboard opposite and just streams the slideshows etc over to the TV. It all works brilliantly apart from the laptop stops casting after a few hours (I think it's about 3 hours), once it stops casting if you try to recast it doesn't work and I have to shut the Chrome browser down and open it up again before it'll work. Once I do that it works fine again. Has anyone done anything similar or come across any similar issues? Cheers.
