Office 365 Sharepoint Helpdesk Intranet

Slowly getting things migrated to Office 365 - exchange, Lync etc

 

Just wondering if anyone knows of a free IT Helpdesk and Intranet template for Sharepoint 365? Or do I need to sit and make one?

 

The intranet will just been used by staff for adding messages.

The helpdesk will be for logging IT support requests

Is it really customisable is such a way? Granted earlier versions you could butcher the living daylights out if it.
