MAcs getting randomy blocked on safari

Have couple of suites of MACs various models. All been fine until recently (all running Yosemite) now getting random black with the following message "safari can't open the page because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection"

 

Can ping both our proxy server (E2bn Protex box) and google.co.uk

 

Anyone encountered this.

Ive has this yesterday - no idea why! Mac wouldn't even browse locally hosted site - spend 30 mins looking at it and then decided to reimage the mac.

Today, we've had some Macs which can't go to google or yahoo but can get to bbc, ibm, aj, etc. It seems as though it sites which use an ssl cert. We're hoping the problem goes away as it didn't happen yesterday.

Found out what is causing this now.

 

There is a glitche with impero that was causing the issue and they have a patch coming out.

Same problem with impero on the macs.. found that you have to alter the proxy bypass settings to get it working again. Have heard they are releasing an update to fix this.

Does anyone have problems with impero on Macs and DNS? Sometimes the impero client doesn't connect to the impero server so we can't remotely manage it. Smells like DNS...
