Can anyone tell me how to configure the GAFE Spam filter to allow internal emails to flow without hindrance? We are getting quite a few dropping into spam.

My settings look like this :

With these settings I thought internal emails would not end up in spam.

In the advanced settings for Gmail (In the Admin Console) go to the Default Routing Tab.

Add a setting in there. For instance I have our All Staff configured to not go to spam if sent to that address.

can you not just create a bypass list and add the internal domain to it?

Sorry doesn't show in my screenshot but that is also done. Still some emails fall into spam.

Any chance you could send me a screenshot of your settings or walk me through it? I am looking at the 'receiving routing' setting and I don't know what to add in.

Not going to be much help but we had a member of staff's emails going into the spam folder despite have any internal emails not supposed to go to the spam folder.

She recedntly got married and needed her name changing any way. After the name change her emails weren't getting flagged as spam anymore.

Anyone have any ideas about this? Still having issues.

Will have to resort to phoning Google if I can't fix it.

Is this affecting email groups? If so;

Go to the group settings and for each group, go to settings > moderation > and select "skip the moderation queue and post directly to the group"

Assuming you are using groups as email groups and not as forums.

Not groups. This mainly seems to happen with "requests for access", "invitations to view" & "invitations to edit".

Doesn't happen to everyone and not all the time.
