win Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 Upgraded to ios9 and it killed the MS RD Client app. Can't seem to make it work and there isn't much to play with other than typing in the gateway name. Any free alternatives to this?

win Posted October 13, 2015 Author Posted October 13, 2015 same ios 9.0.2 and latest rd client. Works well on android, but no longer connects with the ipad (was working previously).

sted Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 ive just been trying this on new rdp setup. I can use full rdp on an ipad but not web apps is that the issue?
win Posted October 13, 2015 Author Posted October 13, 2015 * idiot alert * After installing rdp lite it showed rdp with default port 3389. I realised that i only forwarded 443 during my firewall reconfiguration. I was thrown off by the fact that it still worked on android, i guess the ipad only uses 3389 and android uses 443 or 3389. After adding port 3389 through the vlans it works fine
