fiza Posted October 5, 2015 Posted October 5, 2015 We are running Papercut MF 15 at the moment and have come across an issue which causes an error when logged in as an administrator. If someone could step through the same process to see if they can replicate the error I would appreciate it. Steps Login to the papercut web console as an admin find a user (any user) - go to the job log Find a job (any job) and click on "edit" to amend the "associated account". Change the associated account. We use personal accounts and shared accounts. So I was changing from a personal account to a shared account. As soon as you click "Apply" or "ok" you get an error message. Can someone please test this and let me know what happens?
Arreks Posted October 5, 2015 Posted October 5, 2015 I changed from one personal account to another and no error, we don't use shared accounts however so many the issue lies there. 1

Arreks Posted October 5, 2015 Posted October 5, 2015 Ah yeah, sorry didn't realise we were on 15.1 as well!
Big_Ted Posted October 5, 2015 Posted October 5, 2015 If it does not work after the upgrade then save the error page and send papercut the html file.
fiza Posted October 7, 2015 Author Posted October 7, 2015 Upgrade sorted the issue. Thanks for testing for me.
