jslate1980 Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Hi I have had a strange thing happen this weekend. Over the summer we had an external company setup a new exchange 2012 server to our existing 2007 on premise solution to migrate staff and students mailboxes to office 365. Last Thursday I migrated my mailbox over to 365 and everything was working great until today, when I noticed I wasn't getting any mail. Looking at my 365 admin the mailbox had disappeared. Thought it might be in the deleted mailboxes but I cannot find it anywhere?
MrFrostmaul Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Check if your user is still showing on Office 365 and if it is that you have a licence for exchange assigned to you. 1
andydis Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Have you changed any AD settings (if your using dir sync or azure sync )
jslate1980 Posted October 4, 2015 Author Posted October 4, 2015 We are using azure synch but the only thing I changed this weekend was my password.
jslate1980 Posted October 4, 2015 Author Posted October 4, 2015 Check if your user is still showing on Office 365 and if it is that you have a licence for exchange assigned to you. Yep you were correct, was missing the licence. Re-added and all my mail came back. Thanks
