No Shapes

Hi,

 

I am currently using ActiveInspire version 2.4.66096 and I have no shapes. I have checked in settings - commands tab and the Shapes icon is greyed out. Any reason why this is like that? On previous versions it did work. Is there a way to fix this issue or import shapes?

Hi Harry1980,

That to me sounds like ActivInspire thinks it might be in "Personal Edition" mode.

 

If you close Inspire and then head to C:\ProgramData\Promethean\ActivInspire on your machine (this is a hidden folder) and see if you see the .inspire_licence.xml file, if you do open it and COPY the licence key inside so that you can re-enter it later.

Then DELETE the inspire_licence file.

 

Open Inspire and re-enter the licence information.

 

The shapes should now be available.
