Initial Setup Layout Error

Hi

I have been following the HAP+ install instructions and got to the stage where you go /setup.aspx in the webbrowser and the setup page appears with a weird format/layout error as seen in the picture attached.

Has anyone encountered/ fixed this before

Have you remove the part in web.config that says <---Remove for IIS8 users---> or something along those lines?
