[sims] Attendance Registration Certificate Report - but with Sessions, not AM/PM

I'm new to the forum and new to SIMS and looking for some help.

 

Our Sixth Form used to use Facility CMIS and our reporting was extensive and basically did whatever we want. The lower School moved to SIMS last year and we rolled over to it this September.

 

I'd like to have a 'herringbone' report for all lessons with percentage, similar to the Registrations Certificate Report, but using the sessions/lessons, not AM/PM. Does anyone have anything like this?

 

I'd greatly appreciate some help.

I don't think this is possible. What business process are you trying to complete? There may be an alternative way of dealing with it.

You can run a lesson attendance report which gives you am, pm and lessons.

Checking the register for a subject across the year so far - it's something we sorely miss from CMIS as well.

 

If teachers are going to do electronic registers they would quite like to be able to go back and see the whole thing at some point just like they could do on their paper register if they still used it.
