snagrat Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 Hi. I need to get a DNS entry set for server.schXXXX.somerset.gov.uk setup. SWGfL have opened the ports already. Do Somerset allow this and if so who do I contact?

localzuk Posted September 24, 2015 Posted September 24, 2015 Yeah, that's usually done pretty quickly. Send an email with the details to the SWO ICT Helpdesk. Turnaround on DNS records has been remarkably fast for us - on the same day or next day most cases.
