Multi Pupil logins and websites

Hi All,

 

How do other schools cope/deliver usernames and passwords etc to pupils

 

We have the following CC4, Moodle, Office 365 (These all use same username and password link by AD)

We also have Show my homework , doodle, Active Learn

 

I am finding it difficult to manage all these usernames etc and the best way to deliver them to pupils and staff.

When we have a new Year 7 intake we create the users and then send the details to both the Head of Year 7 and the member of staff who will be seeing Year 7 in an IT suite first.

 

When new students are required that are not part of the new Year 7 intake we inform the pupils directly or send the details to the Head of Year and their form tutor.
