Google Chrome Extensions and Smoothwall

Hi guys

 

Seems Smoothwall is filtering something for students what is not letting us roll out this extension (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/cisco-webex-extension/jlhmfgmfgeifomenelglieieghnjghma?hl=en&authuser=1), it installs fine as a staff user and it installs fine on a students account with our different proxy in

 

We thought it was being filtered because it's a Cisco extension and we had the "Internet Phone" category blocked, still no joy allowing the whole category for students. I've looked at all the categories the staff are allowed and cross referenced it to what the students are not allowed, nothing stands out. Has anyone experienced this problem with Google Chrome extensions? We made the GPO allowing the extension ID

 

We even tried it on our test OU with no polices being applied to rule out the students Google Chrome policies blocking it, tried installing the extension manually and still get the error "SERVER_CERT_PROBLEM" - when looking at the real time filter, nothing is coming up blocked when I get that error

 

Anyone had this problem before and can point me in the right direction?
