Afternoon Guys,

Been having a look recently at why some of our photos aren't updating on O365 and noticed although my understanding was Salamander should be resizing the photo's before putting them into AD it's not so it's too big to sync online.

Anyone else got theirs setup to do it and mind checking if this is still the right config?

Just wondering if it changed a while back and was never updated by old company.

Many thanks,

Steve

Aye dropped them a line already :) Just thought someone might have it setup and silly typo or something in the line

Thanks,

Steve

Hi Steve. Have you dropped our support team a message, as I cant see this. I suspect the issue is oversized (file size) images as AD and Office 365 have different limits. Sometimes even a dimensions resize isn't enough, its the pixel depth. Get in touch (see the website support page for details) and we will take a look for you

Morning Guys,

Sorry forgot to update this, yep it's been sorted by Kris :) Seems the lines we had in the code were old, so replaced by new ones. Just waiting for Microsoft to sync the photos to test if it worked ok :)

Many thanks,

Steve

Was not aware Salamander could do this. Does anyone know if Salamander can do this but for Google Mail accounts?

It's done from SIMs->AD

Then we're syncing from AD->O365 from Microsoft's program, so I'm guessing as long as Google has the option to sync it from AD no reason why not? :)
