witch Posted September 11, 2015 Posted September 11, 2015 Hello Does anyone know what an amber light means on a WAP. Looking up at the ceiling it is the first light on the left. It goes green initially and then stays at amber. It is hard to see if it is working due to other WAPs nearby (which I can't switch off) but I have checked the integrity of the cables, the PoE and all is well Any suggestions?

witch Posted September 11, 2015 Author Posted September 11, 2015 Dunno what model but the controller says it is online. It seems to be OK if you are quite near to it or if there is only one laptop trying to connect
BKGarry Posted September 11, 2015 Posted September 11, 2015 How long have you had the APs and controller, as Meru's support (although long winded) does get the problem fixed. They sent someone to our site to go through all of our issues and got stuff working seamlessly for us.
