Is there any way to flag a user as a potential problem/risk user with regards to their internet and computer usage? I'm not really sure what I'm after here exactly but i'm hoping someone might have already had to go through this.

Without saying too much, we had an incident last year relating to the new radicalisation rules etc. So we need to now keep a closer eye on this particular user, but without manually checking his interest usage on eitehr the lightspeed box or on the impero logs I'm not really sure what else we as an IT department can do? In hindsight, i should have read that email at the start of the summer from impero with regards to radicalisation :p (i can't find it now!)

Hello,

In terms of features available from Lightspeed and Impero I couldn't say however, we provide a solution call iboss which is a web and content filtering solution similar to Lightspeed. One feature within iboss is to provide granular reporting, where you can request reports on a particular user to run daily. You can also put them into their own group to amend the allow/block/stealth settings accordingly. Overall, it depends what you would the outcome to be, you can either have an alert as soon as that particular user (or any user) tries to access specific information/web pages or you can completely block them from accessing it in the first place.

Hope this helps, if you would like any further information please don't hesitate to contact me.

Many Thanks,

Christine
