Having an annoying problem with my Exchange 2013 setup, in fact i think it's due to ISA2006 (I know, i know, ancient useless piece of **** that i planned to remove in the summer but didn't get a chance, it's going in october i promise!) which actually does almost nothing these days, OWA is the last rule left infact.

If i go to https://server.domain.local/ecp i can access the options for an individual mail account, setup signature in OWA etc. but if i go to https://address.externaldomain.com/ecp i get a 403 forbidden message. I've made sure that /ecp/* is presented in the list of paths in ISA along with the rest, although testing the rule says that http is ok and https gives a 404 Not found error.

Can't work out why everything works fine externally with the exception of the ecp page. Tried a few different google suggestions but nothing seems to touch on my specific issue, it's likely an ISA problem, so if no one comes up with any good suggestions here i might just wait till i remove it in october but it'd be nice to have it working seeing as people whinge about note being able to use their signature in OWA (Which is odd considering we've had this running for nearly 2 years now and no one complained before...)
