Offie 365 and Contacts

I'm looking into contact management and wondered if anyone had any answers.

 

We have around 400 contacts that change quite frequently, we need to be able to do the following;

 

- Update can been done centrally

- These feed down to the address books of users so they then sync to their phones etc

- Distribution lists included.

 

I've been using the GAL to some success but the problem i have is for it to sync to phones the user has to copy the contacts to their personal address book - thus won't get updates from the GAL.

 

How or What are people doing to get around these limitations?
