Noticed something a little strange since coming back from our jolly hols. The old proxy wwwcache.cleo.net.uk seems to active again. It's not an issue or anything, just a bit odd, i thought they switched it off for good. I found out by a logging into an older machine using local account that had the proxy saved.

 

Wonder what BT are up to with that? Also, FTTC is here for one of my schools! ;):cool:

Yeah, strange one that.

 

It actually exposed some old registry settings that hadn't been cleaned up from when I removed the proxy the first time around, https timeouts and RDP being slow on starting due to checking certs through the proxy on select number of clients. Bamboozled me for a while.
