Mine just got shipped :) expecting around a week for it to fly over from the People's Republic.

@kieransaul

WillMyPhoneWork says that it should be fine for 3G and 4G, but you won't really know for sure until you get it.

@abillybob sold his OP2 :)

Ayy, ordered mine in that 1 hour sale event. Most tense purchase/hour i've had to complete. The F5 button has started to fade. ;)

I'm changed from Pending Shipment to Processing. Ordered for my birthday on the 29th. It's going to be a good 18th!

@Arreks Just re-read your post everything seem to look like it going to work. I've never seen that website before. One for the bookmark me thinks! The mystery of buying a phone from the people republic. [emoji51]

It's arrived, first issue during setup it wont connect to wireless, but if you skip it, it is actually connected, 2nd issue is it takes nano sims.....FUUUUUUU!

No problem for a techie, surely?

5 minutes with a Stanley knife :D

Edit: Yes I am too impatient to wait for a new sim to arrive!

I'm still partially tempted but I still can't justify replacing the Oneplus One I have.. It's still an amazing phone and I honestly, for the first time in my phone-owning life, don't have a desire to upgrade..

Haven't updated in a while but mine arrived the other day - it was a fun job cutting down my micro SIM with a pair of scissors but it worked. OP2 feels very nice in my hands, waiting for my DBrand skin to arrive! 3G/4G are both good on O2/Giffgaff - wireless is also good.

Battery life isn't as good as my nexus 5 but I haven't actually tweaked around with Oxygen yet (I've rooted and installed TWRP, but haven't started using Greenify and Amplify etc).

@Arreks are we actually twins separated at birth?? I am also replacing a Nexus 5 and using GiffGaff, didn't want to try cutting down my sim so have ordered a replacement. I'm impressed with the fingerprint sensor really fast and easy to use, other than that and the size of the screen, extra storage and better camera, hard to differentiate between this and the Nexus 5. Was running Cyanogenmod on the nexus 5 so have missed having Google now.

Very possible ;) There's an unofficial CyanogenMod build out for the OnePlus Two but some things are broken (fingerprint sensor etc) - once that gets updated a bit more I'll probably switch to that since Oxygen isn't the greatest.. (WHY DOES THE DARK THEME NOT STYLE THE NOTIFICATIONS BAR TOO?!!)

I think its just awesome!

Tech lad here has just got Samsung S6 but so full of bloatware, as time goes on Oxygen will get much better, each update fixing any problems with certain social media apps and quickly too which is good.

I too like the fingerprint scanner amongst other things, camera although stock is pretty awesome too and resolution for watching movies is great but then I have old eyes so anything these days is an improvement,

Just loving this phone :)

Weird my S6 edge hardly came with any bloatware and any that is on there can be removed or disabled!?

I fancy a one plus two, I put myself on the list for the original but gave up waiting and bought an Xperia z1 instead! Now I have the gadget lust again....

Hi all,

3 invites available, will those 3 people at the top of the list PM me with their personal e-mail addresses please,

Thank you

This invite system is pants. I bought my One plus 2 ages ago but have still not had any invites come through that I can share.

I looked at it.. It seems to be a nice halfway point between the One and the Two.. But that annoying bloody volume switch and lack of NFC make it a nada for me.
