I did the same and now the order says "Paypal Reversed" so I'm talking to their support, I just want it to ship! *edit* Thank you for waiting. I will be escalating the ticket to the appropriate department and will be tagging it as urgent. Please expect a response or an update from our specialists within 24-48 hours for this issue. denzal2k4 Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 (edited) Yup paypal reversed here aswell So currently paid £630 for 1 phone and case due to double payment, paypal looking to recover cost on one payment, oneplus saying paypal reversal (so order cancelled??). denzal2k4 Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 I blame @littlehoops, if they hadn't given out the invites on that day we wouldn't be having this issue....jokes. Looks like we will have to reclaim from oneplus (have logged a support ticket not had a response, order status says paypal cancelled reversal) as per the Paypal FAQ: "What can I do if I accidentally paid twice? If you accidentally paid someone twice and both payments are completed, you should contact the recipient to arrange a refund of the duplicate payment." (even if it is paypals fault!!!!)

bossman Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 It Seems I have struck lucky and only one payment has come out of my PayPal account and has been completed, On another note it seems that my bank account online statement has 3 pending transactions all for the same PayPal number and only one has the Chinese company's name who is dealing with the order, the other 2 just have the transaction code from Paypal and a -NIL as the amount! Curiouser and curiouser!

I bought this: Orzly Exec Armour Hardcase It's a bit ugly compared to the phone, but very slim and feels like it would probably protect it quite a lot. Phone looks great, but also very vulnerable to damage. I also ordered an Orzly tempered glass screen protector - highly recommend those; they feel almost naked! Haven't actually fitted that yet as they come with a basic one installed - I'll wait until I scratch that before I fit the Orzly.
