Automatic Script on New Mailboxes

Hello

 

So I'm able to run a scheduled powershell script that will set all uses in an OU group with a specific OWA Mailbox Policy and only receive emails from, as have different policies for Staff and Students.

 

is there a way so that when a new mailbox is created I can assign the correct policies to the mailbox?

 

It appears I am able to select the student mailbox database, but is there a way other than scheduling the task to run every 15 minutes, to set specified OWA policies at creation. During mailbox creation there doesn't appear to be an option to select which Outlook Web App Policy I want applied.
