Crumpet Posted July 31, 2015 Posted July 31, 2015 We all want to forget ME ... and Vista ... Vista was a dream OS in comparison to Win 8
GeekyPete Posted August 5, 2015 Posted August 5, 2015 Missed 2.1, 3.1 and 8.1 too. Don't Forget widows 3.11 for workgroups and Windows 95 2nd edition.
Dos_Box Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 They forgot 'ME' I rather liked ME Never had a problem with it.
gwendes Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 I rather liked ME Never had a problem with it. We don't have a problem with you either
Carter Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 I haven't updated my blog article in a while but Mac OS X has 11 or 12 versions of OS X 10.x depending how you look at it and yet the current OS X release is 10.10 Mac OS X Public Beta - Page 2 OS X 10.0, .1, .2, .3 ...... 10.10 Which means there were 11 or 12 versions of OS X depending if you count "OS X Public Beta" and/or "OS X 10.0"
CAM Posted August 28, 2015 Posted August 28, 2015 I liked 2000 the most as it gave me a fresh start with no garbage, didn't even have network card drivers. Important for gaming to get the bare minimum in place on poor hardware. I do rather miss my first PC mind you which ran 3.1 and DOS 5. Because win.ini was on a corrupt disk segment and bugged me about it constantly, it led to me using the command line a lot to the point I was doing homework with EDIT.
