Any 'real-world' differences for users (exchange / O365)

I'm planning to move exchange 2010 to O365 soon using adfs. Are there any changes from a users perspective i.e. do they need to login every time they open outlook & OWA?

 

Any other differences they might experience?

By default you there is no SSO with Outlook full client. You can turn it on.

So with the registry hack SSO is possible - great news

Well OWA will look different for you as you on 2010. Its even a change from 2013. You can't get public folders in OWA, that's the only thing I can think of.
