[sims] Reports being saved as word macro

Hi All,

 

I'm wondering if anyone may be able to help me out here. In SIMS we run our students reports each term. We have a line of code in our report template that autoprints the file. We print these out onto labels that we stick in the students planner.

 

This is all fine but we would like to keep a saved copy of each report as a word document. We could leave our autoprint function in the template and get it to print to PDFCreator and let them all save in there as PDF's... buuuut we don't want them as PDF's. We want them as Word Documents.

 

When SIMS generates a report most of you will know that it generates as a word document. Is there a macro that I can add into the template to save the word document to a specific location?

 

So put simply... I need a script that will automatically save a document to a set location without any prompts and then close itself after?
