CHANGING SUBJECT DESCRIPTIONS IN SIMS - CLASH WITH WORKFORCE RETURN - HELP PLEASE!

I am trying to change the descriptions of some subjects in Sims ready to print next year's timetables off. However it won't let me do all of them. Ie, I want to change Mathemat to Mathematics. It won' let me do it as an error comes up saying DfE Subject Code is already in use by Workforce Return (then a load of numbers/letters).

 

It also won't let me change the subject co-ordinator either. Some of the co-ordinators that are listed against the subject left years ago. I don't do census or returns etc, just the timetable. Does anyone know if there is a way to change these details so that they are correct?

 

If it is something to do with Workforce Return (I googled it and the dates run from 1st Sept 2014 to 31st August 2015), would I be able to change them on the first day back in September (1st) do you think?

 

Any help would be appreciated.
