  1. Thanks - that worked. Yeah I do course manager too so I know it's a right royal pain in the backside when it's not set up properly. All sorted
  2. I am trying to change the descriptions of some subjects in Sims ready to print next year's timetables off. However it won't let me do all of them. Ie, I want to change Mathemat to Mathematics. It won' let me do it as an error comes up saying DfE Subject Code is already in use by Workforce Return (then a load of numbers/letters). It also won't let me change the subject co-ordinator either. Some of the co-ordinators that are listed against the subject left years ago. I don't do census or returns etc, just the timetable. Does anyone know if there is a way to change these details so that they are correct? If it is something to do with Workforce Return (I googled it and the dates run from 1st Sept 2014 to 31st August 2015), would I be able to change them on the first day back in September (1st) do you think? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
  3. When I am in Nova T6 and I want to assign levels, all the lists are blank other than Gen and Unknown. I've never had this before so I don't know what to do to get my KS3s, GCSEs and BTECs etc back. Has anyone got any ideas? There is nothing much if I click configure either: If I click show nothing happens, and besides, there is no GCSE or KS3 or anything there anyway.
  4. I am wanting to switch off the one per day rule for a block. I know how to do this, you go to the auto screen and suspend the one per day rule next to the relevant block. However, I am trying to do something complicated and am wondering if selecting "Clusters only" or "Clusters by staff" would help. Does anyone know what the "Clusters only" or "Clusters by staff" does please? If i knew what they did I may be able to work out if it's any use to me or not but I can't find it in the manual (though it is like looking for a needle in a haystack!). Thanks!
