Busy summer for me...

 

Create New Software Images

Migrate all backend infrastructure from temporary building to our new building

Migrate and reimage existing end-user devices

Install 400 New PCs

Install Cashless Catering

Configure CCTV

Archive Leaver Accounts

Create Accounts for New Intake

Create New Network Documentation

 

and thats all I can think of for now...

17 Cabs! We only have 2!

 

Think we have 21 cabs.

 

We're currently doing our usual:

install 250 new PCs, 200 new laptops, retire about 250 PCs and 150 laptops

building a new block (well we're not building it, we are managing the IT fit-out)

expanding capacity in one of our switch rooms to meet above demand

create new IT classroom.

Rebuild all the PCs, laptops, macs

upgrade one of our HyperV farms to 2012R2

Migrate student email to O365

Migrate user data to new servers, migrate sccm to new servers, continue bring new backup system up to speed, retire old versions of all of these.

 

the usual really.
