XenDesktop kicking specific user group off, keep getting Connection lost.

XenDesktop keeps Kicking specific user group out just after launching.

 

The Connection to Student Windows 7 VDI was lost, An attempt to reconnect will start in 23 seconds

 

Not sure this has ever worked because we didn't have suitable thin clients when the outside company set it up.

 

We have XenServer hosting the VDI desktops.

 

Staff can log into the Thin Clients which connect to https://storefront.domainname.org/Citrix/wtcxd/pnagent/config.xml

 

Students get kicked out if log in via the clients but not if logging into the VDI directly via XenCenter.

 

If students log into the storefront via a web browser they are OK too.

 

Not sure where to start looking, I have disabled all the GPO's as a test but as I said above not too sure it ever worked.

 

Think we are on XenDesktop 7.1 . We don't really have support either at the moment.
