Best site for dxdiag help?

Hi,

 

have a customer with a computer that keeps blacking out but he's currently working in another country so I can't get hold of his PC, and he isn't the best technically!

 

I've managed to get a dxdiag file out of him but I can't find anything that would suggest the cause of the crashes. However , this admittedly isn't my strong area at all. Are there any sites where dxdiags can be uploaded or shared to get advice on crashes?

If you know the make/model of the computer, ask him/her to upgrade the graphics driver.

Does it only happen in games? What games? Do they have an old copy of Teamviewer running?

 

Ask them to do a Malwarebytes scan also in case anything is hidden on the machine.

Sorry for the delay in responding, I had to get more information from him.

 

It's a desktop PC, he's updated the graphics drivers within the past 3 months. It is during gaming but nothing too taxing, and games that have been fine for him in the past 3 years without any hardware or significant software changes on the PC (Diablo 3, Hearthstone, WoW). It's just causing the screen to "black out" - through questioning him i've been able to establish that it isn't turning the machine off, just the screen is going black (monitor still working, screen is just emitting a black display - system noises continue etc.)

 

I have a copy of the dxdiag I can share if anyone knows about this sort of stuff, alternatively if there's a site or tool I can use to upload it to I can go there
