Any insight on this would be helpful and I as a person on the brink of pure insanity would appreciate it.

Our Maths Department recently bought in to Collins Connect and My Alfie Cloud (obviously without consulting us in IT Support first). This has been passed on to me to try and figure out as well as get some answers to this piece of whatever you want to call it.

I don't even know where to start... The first thing that has come to mind just by looking at them both for 10 minutes is 'What is this *insert choice of profanity here*??'

We do not... better yet refuse to allow SIMS Sync to be installed onto our server, especially after the rush of negative issues and reviews I have read so far. We opted to manually import data and update this as frequently as we need to just to keep our server clear of unnecessary clutter which 'seemed' to be easier with their guides. They then directed us down the route to use Alfie Cloud to create our imports.

One of us in support has already tried to get into contact with Alfie Cloud for further support with manual imports with no luck/answer. Even the guides online AC supply are total rubbish.

This is when I ask myself is there something I am doing wrong?

They make it look super easy and simple yet why do I feel the need to repeatedly headbutt my desk?

For example...

What I'm supposed to see according to the guide:

This tells me to 'Import Data' by going to the menu which will then take me to all the things I need to make this possible.

What I actually see:

I am going to assume the guide is outdated but really... how does this help me if the guide is incorrect and nobody will answer our calls?

Clicking onto 'Manage Data' takes me to where the usernames are supposed to be so I can 'manage them'. Can't exactly manage users when I have none.

I'm about to contact support again but in the mean time, any help will save my department from requiring to buy me a new desk. Thanks.
