Sims error

Hi there

 

Got a sticky problem at the school.

 

Admin user trying to print registration groups and gets - error: column " does not belong to table record.

And does not print.

I have reinstalled sims on machine and the Solus agent. But the error remains.

 

Has anyone got a fix for this please...

Contact Capita support details at Capita Education Support Services as they will be able to help and school should have a valid capita support contract.

 

Sounds to me like it could be an issue with data that has been entered. Perhaps a child has a exotic character in their name?

I got hold of Capita who have replied that due to the recent update there are two bugs which they need to sort out. They are working on the problem and will issue a fix through Solus 3 in the next two days.

They have released an updated Reports definition file, but unfortunately if you've customised any templates they all have the same error.

 

We've had to rebuild half a dozen of ours already because we need them before the end of term...
