Office 365 e-mail for Governors - lock down address book access?

I'm trying to set up O365 access for some key governors. On my test account I can't see how to lick it down so that they don't get access to the whole address book. Any suggestions please?

You need to setup a separate GAL, which isn't too hard to do if you don't mind several powershell commands.
