More than likely is mistreatment though, they may be made out of aluminium, but they're a lot weaker than they used to be, given Apples 'make it as thin as possible' strategy and they do look like stress/bruise marks on the ones shown. Heck, my friends GF sat on his iPad Air 2 and bent it and on the new MacBook the lids have flex. Literally all it could talk is a knock or stick something on top and that's it! Also note how it's MacBooks not iMacs.
