Can't print images using Server print spooler

We have a few Konica Minolta Biz Hubs, 2 being the same model. Over the past few weeks we have users complaining they can't print. Have had the Konica Engineer our a few times, he has updates a couple of the drivers. We have finally discovered that the problem is printing photos or photo type images. Users are able to print, documents spreadsheets etc but not photos even small files. This is the same for the different printers. Network is all working fine. I have installed the drivers directly onto a hard wired PC and a laptop running off wifi. These spool the print job on their own hardware and are able to print fine. The engineer from Konica and I have come to the conclusion that there is an issue with the print spooler on the server. The problem is we have no idea where to go from here. How do I go about finding out the exact problem and then how do I go about fixing the issues. Any advice greatly appreciated. Interesting these, I suspect its rendering the image when trying to print. Do you have a PS drivers (if the machine is PostScript compatible) to try for images and see if that works.
