I'm just querying who should actually be able to see the PPI and LAC sections in either the student record or as the "Y" or "N" in the additional mark sheet columns. As far as I knew the teachers marksheets always showed the LAC indicator to them but for some reason it doesn't do now. I know access to updating the PPI is restricted to people with higher access but should that also be displayed to class teachers?

As schools are judged by how well they do with PP pupils it is vital information for teachers to know.

Okay so it should be normal that someone in the class teacher group should be able to see this information in marksheet columns etc? As at the moment they don't seem to able able to see it, where as I can on the same marksheet.

It can be buggy if you are defining it at the template level. Try removing it, saving, deleting all marksheets, re adding it in, and then re-creating the marksheets.

I'm not aware of buggy template definitions! PP will persist if defined in the template but not if added to a mark sheet.

I had to create a bespoke permission group just containing View permissions for this which I've added all teachers to. Permission suddenly disappeared a while ago, I thought it was intentional so worked around it.
